Before sending any product back, customers must contact us first

Return requests must be made within 7 calendar days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in perfect condition. Opened, used, or damaged items due to mishandling will not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items such as polishes, gels, files, or liquids cannot be returned once opened, unless there is a proven manufacturing defect.

Unless the return is due to an error on the part of IrisStylePR or a verified product defect, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will proceed with a refund, store credit, or product exchange, as applicable. You will be notified via email once the process is complete.
