1. How long does it take to process my order?

Answer: The processing time for orders is up to 24 business hours after payment confirmation. During this time, we carefully verify and prepare your products for shipment. You will be notified once your order has been dispatched.

2. What shipping options are available?

3. Can I exchange or return my purchase if I am not satisfied?

Answer: Yes, we accept exchanges or returns for unused products, in their original packaging, within 7 calendar days after receipt. You must contact us first to receive authorization for any returns. Please refer to our Return Policy for more details.

4. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or defective?

Answer: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp. We will ask for photos of the item and proceed to offer a solution, such as a refund, exchange, or store credit, depending on the case.

6. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?

Answer: If you need to modify or cancel your order, we recommend doing so as soon as possible. If the order has not been processed or shipped yet, we can make the changes. However, once it has been shipped, modifications or cancellations will not be possible.
